We finally got to bring Ruffers home this evening! We tried feeding him turkey when he got home and he inhaled it. He also had some mashed potatoes with a bit of gravy. I guess he was just refusing to eat while he was at the vet. Thank goodness!! I was so worried he would survive getting RUN OVER and surgery but refuse to eat. Jeremy is out getting him some canned food so we can keep him eating, and he also has a bit of dry food in the room. For now he is confined to the playroom and has to go out on a leash while he heals...at least 2 weeks until the stitches are removed. I'm so happy to have him home!!
